Drug laboratory

Drug testing in criminal, marriage and military cases represents only one piece of evidence and not a stand-alone evidence. A drug laboratorie performs drug testing for illegal drugs. Its services may include cocaine, heroin and marihuana analyses for police departments and analyzes of over-the-counter drugs and alcohol products. Drug laboratories may also test prescription drugs in order to detect substitution.

Most common types of drug tests include: urine drug screen, hair drug screen, saliva drug screen and sweat drug screen. Drug laboratories perform two kind of tests. The most familiar one regards the donor, who gives a sample of some fluid or hair to the medical testing center. The sample is being analyzed at the drug testing laboratory. This kind of test leads to more accurate results. Hair drug testing results are also accurate and can go back 6 months or so.
